Within the arbitration community, notions such as promoting greener arbitration practices, fostering greater gender and ethnic diversity and the adoption of technology have echoed for some time now. But what exactly are the challenges, and equally, the opportunities for arbitration practitioners in implementing these practices? Certainly, progress has been made on all these fronts. But what more can be done to sustain this momentum?

Together with the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations and the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge, Freshfields is hosting a panel discussion to explore these ideas. Our panel, comprising law firm practitioners, in-house counsel and representatives from arbitration institutions, promises to offer a range of perspectives on these topical issues.

The panel discussion will last for approximately one hour and will be followed by networking drinks on the terrace of our Berlin office. Kindly RSVP to secure your spot. We look forward to welcoming you in Berlin!
